Funky Ornaments From Discarded Aluminum Cans

Recycling is the favourite word of Christine Grimaldi Esposito. Discarded aluminum cans, bottle caps, old denim, catalogs, junk mail, and many more are her raw materials and she is making  beautiful ornaments from them.

Recycling is a passion for Christine Grimaldi Esposito and she loves to do it. She started crafting at the age of 18 and she’s continuing until today. For making the recycled ornaments, she washes and sterilises the cans first and then cut and stack them. The secret behind the beauty of her ornaments lies in the peculiarity of the cutting of these raw materials. She cuts them in a different way, and she is not ready to reveal her trade secret.

Christine opened her online shop, ‘Funky Recycling, two and a half years ago and the response was overwhelming. Now, she is exporting her products as bulk to shops all over the world.

These days, the whole world is thinking seriously about protecting the environment. Christine is very satisfied to contribute a mite in this regard from her side. To be up-to-date with the recent trends in ornament industry, she participates in art shows, craft events & fairs, etc. and displays different types of items. In additional, she always concentrates on contributing more for green thinking.

Ok, I want the cat – these are SO creative. I’m in awe of people who can make things like this and it just goes to show that one man’s trash is another’s treasure.

Love the Dr. Pepper jewelry (even though I can’t stand the drink!)
